Customer Services for Export Business
崗位職責(zé) Job Descriptions:
1. 熟練使用工作相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)平臺包括公司 OA 系統(tǒng),網(wǎng)易全球搜,第三方郵件系統(tǒng);
Utilize skillfully all business related office tools such as OA, global search, third party email portal.
2. 運(yùn)用公司信息平臺,分析整理數(shù)據(jù),通過營銷方式,獲取客戶信息后積級開發(fā)客戶;
Make good use of company information sources in terms of collecting data, marketing, and developing new customers.
3. 定期維護(hù)管理 CRM 系統(tǒng)中的常規(guī)客戶、現(xiàn)有客戶和沉睡客戶,根據(jù)銷售目標(biāo)通過溝通聯(lián)系如電話、郵件、即時通訊工具等落實相應(yīng)的營銷措施;
Take care of regular customers, existing customers and zombie customers. Adjust your way of communication via phone calls, emails, social media etc. in accordance with reasonable marketing strategy.
4. 熟悉外貿(mào)流程并能熟練操作,包括但不限于制定客戶購買合同、協(xié)助完成客戶付款、安排訂單生產(chǎn)、跟蹤物流運(yùn)輸、以及整個過程與客戶的有效溝通;
Be familiar with export business flowcharts and operations, including but not limited to dealing with customer purchasing contracts, assisting customer payments, arranging order production, following up logistics and transportation and effectively communicating with customers during the whole process.
5. 處理售后問題以及客戶投訴:通過詳細(xì)了解客戶的應(yīng)用習(xí)慣和特點,及時根據(jù)實際情況,協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部資源,合理高效地解決客戶的問題;
Be capable of offering after-sales service and answering customer complaints. He/she should understand well the product application features, therefore he/she can quickly coordinate company resources and efficiently respond to customer’s feedback under circumstances.
6. 保持與客戶、內(nèi)部同事、相關(guān)合作方的準(zhǔn)確、有效和完整的交流;記錄并存檔客戶溝通記錄、客戶信息及文檔。
Regularly communicate with customers, internal coworkers and other relative partners with accurate, valid and complete information. Record and file customer communications, account information and documents.
7. 完成其他上級指定的任務(wù)。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by your superior.
崗位要求 Job Requirements:
1. 有客戶服務(wù)代表的工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先; Proven customer support experience is preferred
2. 很強(qiáng)的溝通能力和傾聽技巧;Strong communication skill and active listening
3. 熟練使用 CRM 和辦公軟件 Office; Familiarity with CRM systems and office software
4. 以客戶為導(dǎo)向、有耐心、有韌性 Customer orientation and ability to adapt
5. 大學(xué)??萍耙陨衔膽{。 College diploma and above
