摘要：斯特林制冷機(jī)是一種較為復(fù)雜的機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品，調(diào)試過程對制冷機(jī)的性能影響較為明顯，文章介紹了一種應(yīng)用于斯特林制冷機(jī)調(diào)試過程的測控儀，敘述了測控儀的總體電路，重點(diǎn)介紹了與調(diào)試過程相關(guān)的電路單元，如功能設(shè)置、頻率調(diào)控、幅度調(diào)控以及參數(shù)顯示等，測控儀將供電、測量、參數(shù)調(diào)控、驅(qū)動控制及參數(shù)顯示集成與一體，與傳統(tǒng)的采用專用電源和計算機(jī)軟件進(jìn)行調(diào)試的方法相比，具有體積小、連接以及操作簡單、直觀、攜帶方便的特點(diǎn)，在制冷機(jī)的調(diào)試過程中得到了較好的應(yīng)用。

Abstract：Stirling cryocooler is a complex mechanics and electric product. It’ s debug process will take effect on the performance of cryocooler. This paper introduced the measurement and control instrument that is used in debug of stirling cryocooler. It also introduced the total circuit of instrument and circuit unit that correlative with debug，such as function set，frequency control，amplitude control and parameter display，etc. The instrument is integrated with function of power measurement，parameter adjustment，drive control and parameter display. The debug instrument is characterized by small bulk，simple linking and operation and pocket，while comparing with conventional debug means by specialized power and computer software. The instrument has obtained better application in debug of stirling cryocooler.
