摘要:隨著空間探測任務(wù)多元化的發(fā)展,要求空間低溫系統(tǒng)能夠在多載荷多溫區(qū)提供不同冷量,以往的制冷機多以膨脹機串聯(lián)式來達到要求,耦合難度大。雙溫區(qū)雙冷指斯特林制冷機創(chuàng)新的采用一臺壓縮機驅(qū)動和兩臺并列膨脹機的新型結(jié)構(gòu),實現(xiàn)了在95 K和150 K提供不同冷量的要求,相比于兩臺斯特林制冷機,減小了重量和功耗,增加了集成度,相比于串聯(lián)制冷機,減小了熱耦合難度,降低了復雜性,在空間制冷的需求日益復雜化的背景下,為制冷機的緊湊性和集成度的方向提供了新的思路。

Abstract:With the development of diversification of the space missions,cryogenic system is required to provide different refrigeration capacity at different temperature. To meet the requirement,we always made expanders in series,which was difficult in coupling. In this paper,we innovatively use a single compressor to drive two parallel expanders to implement the requirement of providing different refrigeration capacity at 95 K and 150 K. Compared to using two refrigerators,it reduces the weight and power,increases the level of integration. Compared to the tandem structure,it reduces the heat coupling difficulty and complexity. While the background of the space refrigeration requirement becoming more and more complicated,this kind of refrigeration structure provides a new train of thought for the compactness and integration of refrigerators.
